COMMERCIAL LENDING PRACTICE

Campbell Killin Brittan & Ray, LLC, provides legal services in the area of secured, commercial, corporate, real estate and construction lending, including syndicated lending transactions.

The firm advises both lenders and borrowers on a variety of commercial transactions, including secured and unsecured financing, real estate lending, project and acquisition financing, leveraged buy-outs and letters of credit. The firm represents banks and has provided loan documentation in several complex multi-state transactions in which the amount of the loans exceeded $200,000,000 and has advised Bank clients with regard to loan transactions exceeding $1,000,000,000.

The firm also provides legal services in the area of creditor's rights litigation, including bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings. Bank clients include U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Commerce Bank and Vectra Bank.
