Practice Experience:

Patricia “Trish” Thatcher brings experience, versatility, and common sense to the practice of law. For more than fourteen years, Trish has provided outstanding representation in high-value civil and commercial litigation matters before federal and state courts and administrative tribunals.

Trish counsels plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, corporate governance and dissolution of business entities, commercial landlord/tenant issues, creditors’ rights, land disputes, employment, insurance coverage, and general business litigation matters. She has substantial experience in litigation, trial, and appeals. With an eye toward efficient and positive solutions, Trish works with individual and corporate clients to resolve disputes through arbitration, mediation, and alternative conflict resolution processes. Of late, Trish has applied her years of commercial litigation work to provide transactional support for land owners in real property sales, commercial leasing, and documenting land use agreements.

Prior to joining Campbell Killin Brittan & Ray, LLC, Ms. Thatcher practiced with the Denver law firms of Cage Williams, P.C. and Otten, Johnson, Robinson, Neff & Ragonetti, P.C., and served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Leonard P. Plank of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
