Practice Experience:

Lyn Pierce has been practicing law in Colorado since 1982. Ms. Pierce joined Campbell Killin Brittan & Ray, LLC in 2006. Ms. Pierce practices in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, leasing, lending, corporate, and contracts. Ms. Pierce has represented clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, real estate development, title insurance coverage, title insurance claims, leasing, homebuilding, and contracts. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Pierce was with the Denver law firm of Timmins & Associates, LLC for ten years. She was Senior Associate Counsel and then Division Counsel for Mission Viejo Company, the initial developer of Highlands Ranch, a 10,000 acre planned community of residential and commercial properties, for ten years. She also practiced in Frisco, Colorado as a sole practitioner.
