Michael D. Killin (“Mike”) is a partner practicing in the Cherry Creek office of Campbell Killin Brittan & Ray, LLC. Mike is a former partner of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, a formerManaging Senior Counsel of Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California and the former General Counsel of Wells Fargo Ag Credit Corp, a non-bank subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company. Mike practices in the areas of commercial lending transactions, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Mike has represented financial institutions in multi-state merger and acquisition, construction, and general business financing transactions ranging from small single lender loans to syndicated loans exceeding $250,000,000. Mike has represented financial institutions and other clients in commercial litigation and bankruptcy proceedings.

Education:

Mike received his degree of Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Business (with a major in accounting) from the University of Colorado in 1976. He received his degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1979.

Mike has participated in several seminar presentations and has presented several lectures through the American Bar Association, Lorman Education Services and at the 23 rd Annual California Bank Counsel Seminar.
