Practice Experience:

James P. Campbell (“Jim”) is the managing partner of the firm, and works in the Cherry Creek office of Campbell Killin Brittan & Ray, LLC. He practices in the areas of telecommunications, cable television franchising, general real estate and corporate law. Mr. Campbell has represented regional and national telecommunications firms, including Qwest Communications, Adelphia Communications in regulatory, government affairs, cable television franchising, general contract issues, telecommunications § 251 interconnection, and right of way.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Campbell was Vice President of Law and Public Policy for Media One, Inc., handling all legal and government affairs issues for the nation’s fifth largest cable company for the eastern United States, and Mr. Campbell then went to work for Qwest Communications in Denver as Executive Director of Law and Public Policy, handling all local government affairs and right-of-way issues for the western United States regional Bell operating company.
