Practice Experience:

Jim Thorburn joined the Campbell firm in May of 2007 bringing a wealth of knowledge in the area of “sticks and bricks” as he calls it. His practice areas include Construction Law, Real Estate Law, and Land Use Law. Jim’s practice focuses primarily on litigation and other public hearing processes in these and other commercial areas. He is also quite accomplished in the transactional side of construction law.

Prior to joining Campbell he was the managing member of Thorburn Walker, LLC. Jim was also the on the Board and past President of the Elizabeth Area Chamber of Commerce as well as other governmental boards in Elbert County.
